- 01 Notarized copies of high school Academic transcripts/Study record.
- 01 Notarized copies of high school Diploma/Certificate of high school graduation.
- 03 Photos of 3×4-size.
- 01 Notarized copy of passport (to foreign students); citizen identity card (to Vietnamese students).
- 01 Copies of original IELTS certificate or TOEFL iBT certificate (optional).
