ADMISSIONS FOR INTERNATIONAL APPLICANTS

1. Candidates Eligibility and Requirement.

• Graduate from an international high school located in Vietnam or graduate from a foreign high school according to the list in Appendix II (high schools not listed in Appendix II will be considered and approved by the Admissions Board on a case-by-case basis);
• Graduate from an international high school within the last 03 years at the time of application.
• Meet the following requirements for international Certificates:

(Other international certificates not shown in the table above will be considered and approved by the Admission Committee on a case-by-case basis).

2. Stages of the Admissions Process.

• 1 – Review application documents.
• 2 – Interview with appropriate candidates: Applicants who meet the requirements will be listed for an interview.
• 3 – Announce the admission notice.

3. Application documents for admissions.

+ An application form;

+ Notarized copies of high school Academic transcripts/Study record;

+ Notarized copies of high school Diploma/Certificate of high school graduation;

+ 03 photos of 3×4-size;

+ Notarized copies of passport (to foreign students); citizen identity card (to Vietnamese students);

+ Notarized copies of original IELTS certificate or TOEFL iBT certificate (optional);

+ Notarized copies of the score report of SAT, A-Level, IB, AP, ACT, ATAR, (if any):

For SAT, IB, and ACT: candidates must contact the issuing organization to request that the official score reports be sent directly to International University through the following institutional code of International University VNU HCMC:

For other types of certifications: submit notarized copies.

4. Deadline for registration and application submission (expected): to be announced.
5. Application submission:

+ Submit application package directly at IU-VNU or send by post to: Office of Undergraduate Academic Affairs (A2.708), International University, Quarter 33, Linh Xuan Ward, Ho Chi Minh City.

+ For foreign candidates: Submit application package at The Office of External and Public Relations (A2.704), International University, Quarter 33, Linh Xuan Ward, Ho Chi Minh City.
